The element ‘AI’ is a widely known and commonly used acronym for artificial intelligence. When taken together, the elements ‘MUSIC’ and ‘AI’ convey the clear and direct meaning of artificial intelligence applied to or used for music. The dot between the two terms does not alter this perception. The contested IR immediately informs the consumer that the goods concern software based on or using artificial intelligence in the field of music.

DAI語ではないですが、構成文字の頭文字を並べた語（acronym）は、それを見ても、何を意味するのか理解できません。そのため、既存の英単語と一致しない限り、造語と評価され、商標登録することができます。ただし、日本では、欧文字２文字以下は、ロゴ（デザイン化）にしないと、商標登録できません。そういう意味では、「AI」は、『愛』であろうが、『人工知能』であろうが、今も昔も変わらず、独り占めできません。
